Third set of Killer Death Injections this morning. Podiatrist said: "I made a mistake. The alcohol injections are diluted with mercaine, so there IS an anaesthetic in there." Wow, I'm not insane! Plus I deeply respect that he simply said he goofed and then gave me better info. Cool doc. (Anybody need a podiatrist?)

The tumor pain is receding. I used to be able to make the whole area tingle and sting just by rolling my foot back and forth a little on the floor. Now I have to roll it JUUUUUST RIGHT to get any tingles. There's more generalized ache, as if from inflammation or a deep bruise. Doc says that's not surprising with all this crap we're doing to my feet.

Learned what "sclerosing" meant, as in "alcohol is a sclerosing agent": hardening. As the nerves harden they will become unable to conduct electricity.

So I'm walking like a little Lego person again today. :)

I knew what that one meant (although I thought only "drought-resistant, resistant to getting all dried out") and was wondering how to make it more punny. Hey, I tried. :-)

Knowing what arteriosclerosis meant, I should/could have guessed what sclerosing meant, but I didn't. Now "multiple sclerosis" makes more sense, too!

Words are nifty. Move over, I need to share that towel.

You made it delightful, my pedantry sometimes jumps ahead. I apologize. :)

Not needed at all but thank you. I enjoy your love of words. :)
