I got my video back. Mmm, twenty minutes of slimy oozy medical goodness. I can't wait to watch it again.

Amazing how squeamish I am when a medical procedure is actually happening, but how insatiably curious I am afterward.

Um, no. I don't even sell pictures of the outside of my body on the Internet. :-)

Heh. I also am curious before and sometimes during (if it's a procedure for which I'm conscious, anyway).

During, if I'm conscious, I'm too busy dry heaving or trying not to pass out. But before and after I wanna know ALL about it.

Oh, I had a wonderful time during my arthroscopic surgery (http://www.livejournal.com/users/cjsmith/272251.html?thread=1398395#t1398395)! But I didn't get a video, just a couple of snapshots. =pout=

Oh BUMMER - they clearly had a video feed, so it's sad they didn't tape it! Waah!

I was talking to a square dance friend Saturday night, because she was here from Michigan for the weekend. She's had surgery on her ACL and couldn't get a video. She's like me, though, wants to see it, so her doctor let her watch a training video of PCL surgery. (That's rarer; they didn't need to have a training video of ACL surgery.) She was pleased. :-)
