I am thinking good thoughts for my friend rampling, who is in surgery at this moment (yeah, still!) last I heard.

The usericon on that post shows the thing they're removing. Any spare good thoughts would be way cool.

Good and healing thoughts continuing. I hope they finish safely and quickly, with as little damage and pain as possible.

[nod]. I think I'm more worried about the location of surgery than she has been. She quite rightly sees it as a good bet for relief of the pain; I, not having the pain, see it as ***OH YIKES THE SPINE***.

If the time estimate in that 12:30pm update was right, she should be in the recovery room now.
