Good Day

I finished printing out all my choreo for this weekend, despite the fact that nothing in this house works right (that includes two printers and one stapler). Babysat everything until all pages existed and were in order. Didn't cuss much. Phew. I feel good being ready.

Lunch at Crepe Daniel with two friends. Good folk, those. And that chocolate crepe with creme anglaise is a scrumptious dessert.

Then sat in the hot tub for a while. My, what a decadent afternoon! What a great way to spend my Last Day of Freedom! 8-)

Now my cat is acting affectionate.

I get to hang out with some other friends tonight. They may even help finish off the birthday cake -- no sense letting it sit all weekend while we're gone.

What a great day!

Thanks! I'm calling alongside probably one of the ten best known (and most experienced) callers in the world, so this is quite an important booking for me. Remember that Far Side cartoon showing a band, and there's a guy with, I don't know, a gong, saying "I won't screw up I won't screw up"... and it's titled "Fred screws up"? ;-) I'm telling myself "I won't screw up" over and over. Fortunately, a lot depends on prep and I did the prep.
