I have not eaten a Nutter Butter since my Half Dome hike when that's all I ate. I still can't stand the things.

Funny, just today as I was hiking down a hill and my knees were hurting and I thought of you doing Half Dome, then I thought of the Nutter Butters.

*chuckle* Someone at Helena Women's Health mentioned Nutter Butters today. I had to admit that I'd already chosen those as the best carb/protein/fat snack for a quick rescue, but that I really couldn't stand them any more. :-)
