What a lovely day for a run

The chart said THREE miles today. (I rested yesterday, so pretend yesterday was Thursday and today is Wednesday.) I was a little apprehensive, but I'm feeling really nearly recovered, so... I went ahead and ran three miles! Yay me!

Incision did feel wrong for part of that time. Oh well. I'm not going to baby myself forever. Also, didn't time it very well; that three miles started when the network went out yet again and ended around twenty after ten.

Nice day. Glad I didn't try to do this yesterday: pouring rain in the morning.

Any word from the doctor on your surgery?

Yup. They found nothing. Grrrrr. What's worse, the doctor says there's really nothing left to try (that he knows of). Double-grrrr. My plan is to go to a clinic recommended by dawnd, a place specializing in hard-to-explain pain. If they can't fix it, I'm up for a bigger surgery -- take it all awayyyy!

I get to take off the pressure-bandages today. (Before, I could only change the dressings.) I'm going to start with the one that feels like the smaller of the two, and maybe leave the other for another few days since it's still feeling twinges.
