I'm ba-aaack

I'm up and about. Less pain than I expected. Coughing hurts the incisions, typing hurts where the IV went, most else is fine. I did get a video. I have not heard anything about what they found inside -- my surgeon was gone by the time I was conscious.

Lots of cool things. Got my first ride in a wheelchair.

Glad there is less pain.

For coughing have you tried "hugging" a pillow? I know it sounds corny but trust me it helps cut down on the pain.

Rest up and make friends with the couch for a couple of days.
