Anyone here on Friendster? If so, and if you'd like me to add you as a friend, please send me your e-mail address.
So far I'm a network of one. Friendster is a complete waste of bandwidth if you are a network of one. You can't even go browsing to see if someone's there whom you might already know!

But, while I'd like to have my friends join, I refuse to spam people (just in case this thing turns into a CrushLink scam).

If you want to join during the beta stage, the magic word is coke.

I've always wondered if sites like this weren't run by the CDC for epidemiological data. It's at least a little less conspiritorial that way than the usual blackmail theory (or the running-a-dating-service for the data theory)... _Mark_

Yeah. Anyone want data on people who sit by the computer all day, never leaving their homes? I must give the CDC the collywobbles. Now if they could collect, and store, data on the whereabouts of every person who has flown on an airline in the last four weeks...
