Happy car

The repair bill was large, but I have to give the shop credit where credit is due: unlike the place I've been taking this car for the last ten years, THESE folks LISTENED when I said it was doing something weird. The owner test-drove it and got on the phone to me, confirming just what things he should be seeing. He drove it enough to make sure he saw both of the behaviors I had described. What's more, he FIXED them.

I'll keep y'all posted on whether they stay fixed. "California's Best", on Evelyn by Mary in Sunnyvale. I may be a new convert.
