Did somebody pull the plug on the Taliban's bank account? The Afghan government's web site is down and their ISP wants a phone call.

I think they banned the internet in Afghanistan anyhow.

Google cache data shows some of what was on that site. It makes me wonder whether this was a Taliban site in the first place, or whether it was sponsored by another group (previously in power?) fighting the Taliban.
