I get to go hiking today! Er... with a heart monitor on. My cardio workout for today is supposedly 136 bpm for 180 minutes. It's labeled "long run". Yes boys and girls, my physical trainer thinks I should run for three hours. All together now: I DON'T THINK SO! :-) But maybe the 180 isn't a typo. I'll see how well I do on the trail. If my heart rate stays up there, that'll be four workouts this week and I get a sticker. or something.
