Yesterday my gym routine changed from "three sets of twelve reps" on all my weights to "two sets of as-many-as-you-can-in-two-minutes (reduced weight)". From now on I am supposed to alternate.

My calf muscles, pecs, abs, and glutes are puttin' on a whinefest today.
