I do like the idea of veterinary relief as a semi retirement. With my financial situation, I think semi retirement is a long ways off — 20 or 25 more years of loan payoff and then a few years to save anything. I think. (Or else I will just drop while still in harness. That’s probably more likely.) But the more relief work I do now, for income to put toward loans, the faster I’ll get there.
