Big day

Today = grocery shopping, laundry, litterbox room scrub, kitty comb & nail trim, 2 batches of lovely aromatic palak paneer because Rob isn't home, and MY HERSEY SHOES ARRIVED. They'll need some tweaking, but it seems possible that I'll be able to wear them eventually. This is huge.

Not yet done: clean up what the cat did, finish reassembling litterbox room, put away big piles of stuff from soon-to-be-ex office, 2 batches of fondue because Rob isn't home, bean soup into the crock, 3 frittatas.

YAY HERSEY SHOES. Mine were quite difficult to break in, but now they're wonderful. Though I still have plans to tweak a few things for my next pair, once I get around to ordering again. But the mere fact that my next pair can be tweaked makes me happy. I hope yours work out!

Mine actually feel STUNNINGLY LOVELY unless I stand up. They clearly fit my feet beautifully. Of course, as soon as I stand up I realize that Hersey and I have some work to do on creating the magical sole shape that will unload the painful spots on my feet. So I didn't wear them all day or anything -- there may be break-in issues I was too quick to notice.

But wow, there's HOPE. This is amazing.
