Second food experiment: popcorn (but I cheated)
Last night I dragged my tired self into the house and thought that I really did not want to deal with any of the possible dinners I had lying around. As I've thought a few times since this whole thing started, I figured a big greasy nasty bag of microwave popcorn was more my speed.

rfrench: "If tonight's when you take the Fluconazole, then you get one for free, right?"
When you put it that way....
So a big greasy nasty bag of microwave popcorn was exactly what I had.
Unsurprisingly, I felt fine this morning, except of course for the ever-present insomnia-related fatigue.

Seriously, for under $10 plus the cost of popcorn (2 lb bag of Jolly Time: $2, number of servings: many) it's well worth it. I add various Penzey's spices for flavoring.

O'course, your solution wins both on cost and on ability to adjust serving sizes. :-)

The first time I heard that used it came from the guy who ran distribution of the company's products in Europe. He was French. And he totally was going for the humor. ;)

Okay, to be fair, it was usually a bag of microwave popcorn and a glass of wine.

i'm glad that you're not having horrible reactions to your food experiments. 'cause they suck (says the woman who has eaten crap for the last four days and is paying for it). on the other hand ... dammit, why does this have to be so complicated for you?!?!?
