Palak paneer is yummy

My lessons learned:
1. Spattering oil can reach farther than I can.
2. Yes the spinach should be chopped more finely.
3. These spices can drive Rob out of the house.

It is fabulous. I am eating a bowl of it and have already burned the roof of my mouth. Next time Rob's not home for a few hours I'll make it again. With permission I'll post the recipe I was given.

I hope the Palak Paneer felt more like yummy eating than like putting up with dietary restrictions. To me, Palak Paneer is always a treat!

Thank you! I will. (Verbatim, unless you care.)

I gots a challenge for ya. Paneer pakora? I do appear to have some tamarind paste. :-) :-) But I cannot deep-fry, so if that's involved I'll have to bow out.

hm - we might be able to make them flat and shallow fry them. worth a try, at the very least :)

That's what I had for dinner too! Though mine was the "Amy's" frozen variety from Costco... somehow I'm thinking yours was much better! Yum!
