The ravel'd sleave of care

Half an Ambien is a lot more tolerable.

O'course, it doesn't work all that well, either. You win some, you lose some.

So try three-quarters next time. Maybe it will make a difference.

[identity profile] cjsmith.livejournal.com 2008-07-03 06:34 pm (UTC)(link)
Yeah, could be. I'm going to get a lot better at pill-splitting things that are not round. :-)

[identity profile] ladycelia.livejournal.com 2008-07-03 06:36 pm (UTC)(link)
I have a splitter if you need.

Thanks! I also have one. Its shape seems really to work best for round things, but it's not too bad to do long thin things - just a couple moments of fussing to line it up.

a bit fussy, but you could powder it and put it in gel capsules. or quarter everything nd then have as many quarters as you need

[identity profile] cjsmith.livejournal.com 2008-07-04 12:55 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, I'll quarter one, at least to try this. Fingers crossed.

Tomorrow I may have enough free time and spoons to cook palak paneer! MMMMMFOOD!

[identity profile] hitchhiker.livejournal.com 2008-07-04 12:57 am (UTC)(link)
wheeee :) let me know how it goes!!

[identity profile] cjsmith.livejournal.com 2008-07-04 01:10 am (UTC)(link)
I soitenly will!

[identity profile] rampling.livejournal.com 2008-07-04 02:12 am (UTC)(link)
I worship palak paneer. And I've even had it made by [livejournal.com profile] hitchhiker -- fabulous, of course!!

And, WHEE!, an excuse to use my Paneer icon! :) Don't skimp on the paneer!!

[identity profile] lkeele.livejournal.com 2008-07-04 12:50 am (UTC)(link)
Sounds like a compromise -- that way, you get SOME sleep, and Rob gets SOME sleep, instead of you hogging it all. ;-)

(Seriously, though, I'm glad half works better for you. I've taken ambien, and when it works, wow, nothing cures insomnia like it.)

[identity profile] cjsmith.livejournal.com 2008-07-04 12:54 am (UTC)(link)
I probably should have said "as best I can tell it doesn't do ANYTHING", but that doesn't matter. I'll try [livejournal.com profile] ladycelia's idea.

*hrumph*. Well THAT'S not good. Here's hoping 3/4ths does the trick.
