Blessed are the easily amused

I find it very amusing that when I'm having a grumpy day I friends-lock my LJ entry, and when I'm discussing certain long-term goals I friends-lock the entry, but when I discuss FARTS, oh BOY, let the whole world see that thread!

Some people never grow up. I'm okay with the idea that I'm one of them.

I do stuff like that - lock grumpy posts and leave happy or silly posts open. You are not alone.

I particularly lock grumpy posts if it looks like I'm complaining about somebody or blaming somebody. Sometimes I need to vent, and sometimes I really don't like what somebody did, but I'd rather not publish my dissatisfaction to the world. (Well, unless I've already discussed it fully with the somebody in question.)

I do similar. Sometimes I write the grumpy friends-only post, and then later say "hey, I'm not grumpy anymore" and go make that post private. I mean, no sense having it hanging around being all negative and stuff, right? ;)

I guess there's that! I don't usually go back and make a post private, though. It's worth considering. After all, I'm not grumpy any more.

For me... I know that I'm not grumpy anymore, but someone reading it might think that I still am. Or something. I mean, my usual state is NOT grumpy, but too many grumpy posts might give someone the impression that I am.

Ah yesh, but do I really care what people think, right? ;)

My child thinks farts are hysterical. And anything that sounds like a fart. He is a funny little guy.

Isn't it great that he unabashedly laughs at stuff like that?

Hey! So far you are the only person to get the poll correct!!

Wow, really? Cool! I remembered one, thought that maybe I sorta remembered another, and took a complete wild guess on the third.

I haven't answered the add-on. I'm going to guess no clicky on that one, but hey, it sorta sounds like something Dutch would say.

The add is on for real- he asked me right before I posted it.
