The coolest unbirthday I've had in a while

Thanks very much to everyone who is wishing me a happy birthday. I'll save those wishes. Technically my birthiversary is next month: October 6. Maybe I better put the date back in my LJ profile, huh? :-) A little bird tells me I need to fix my Friendster account. (edit: done.)

Amusingly enough, I seem to recall that this is also the date the Social Security Administration has for my birthday. The fact I cannot remember it for sure is the reason I do not file taxes on line. (Anyone who needs reminders to avoid trusting government bureaucracies with anything important, come see me. I have more.) Until I get around to fixing that, the folks saying "Happy Birthday" today do have some official paperwork on their side!

Thank you all for making this not-quite-birthday one of the more cheerful ones I've had in a while!

Today really is Wednesday! That is entirely unexpected and weird. All day I've been toggling between thinking it's Tuesday and thinking it's Thursday.
