House In Order: Lent isn't long enough

I am realizing that even if I spent the entire rest of Lent doing nothing but "improvement", I will run out of time long before running out of work.

Still, I'm pretty pleased with what I've done.

Lent is too damned long. Due to oddities in my cycle, I'm coming up on the *third* endometrial episode since giving up booze for Lent. The first one, I toughed out -- the second one I eventually caved. I think I'm going to cave much quicker this time. (I still have rum and pina colada mix...). Obviously my Lenten project has had some effect, though -- I've lost five pounds in the last month.

I am *so* impressed with the amount of decluttering you've done. Next Lent, do you want to stay over here? ;)

Yeah, you'll notice I didn't give up painkillers for Lent! (I figure if alcohol's the only thing that touches it, alcohol is medicinal.) I'm impressed you toughed it out as long as you did and I *hope* you cave quicker this time.

Lost five pounds? Wow! More than a pound a week! Umm, how much alcohol do you normally drink? ;-)

Hee, I wish! :-) :-) Do you have photos needing sorting?
