Once around the building, right turns. Didn't bring a stopwatch, but I estimate I averaged out at what used to be a comfortable walking pace. Not bad for that kind of camber. Am getting noticeably better at differential braking.

- Time: ???
- Left arm is screaming at me, right doesn't care
- Mild sweat
- Current goal: able to go once around without feeling tired

I recommend going around the other way sometimes too, or you'll have a MASSIVE left bicep... ;)

Doing the excercise is more important than the individual result of one, I guess. so keep going, in both senses of the word.

Yeah, the previous day was counterclockwise / left turns. :) I'll alternate on successive days until I get enough muscle stamina to go round both ways in one session.
