Right now I'm on Plan A-and-a-half: take lots of anti-inflams like the doctor said. (A couple of weeks ago he recommended 600mg ibuprofen 3x/day. I gave in and started that this morning.) Then, yeah, Plan B: probably cycling. At least we're heading into spring! :-)
