Yeah, rfrench had plantar fasciitis a while back and I'm really glad I've never had it. Nasty stuff, that.
Maybe you have progressed and just slowly?
I'm hoping so. My PT said the same thing -- it's just too early to run on adjacent days, is all. So I'm going to run a couple of times a week. Slowly. For short distances.
I'm glad that surgery remains an option, though I hope it won't be necessary.
