Pain, agony, suffering... and work

Work:

Company G called. I had to say no right away to that one. She, too, was gracious about it. Phew.

Pain etc:

Hiked today. Gawd am I a tenderfoot, after more than three months of no running and no hiking. It's awful. I WILL get back in shape, I swear it -- but first I have to get rid of the "neuromas" in my feet. Anyone out there ever had alcohol injected directly into a nerve, to kill it? Just how much does it hurt?

You and me both. After dancing over the weekend and last night, I've got to get back to it. Hope to go on a bike ride over the weekend.

Besides, we've got to do Half Dome sometime, anyway, right? ;-)

Yeah. @#$! medical crap. Dammit, I HAD an exercise program and had to ditch it! Grrrrr.

Hope you enjoy the bike ride. I may consider getting a decent bike, because that gives no impact on the feet. First I need to overcome the knowledge that every serious biker I know has gravel inside their body somewhere.
