Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday: square dance calling
Sunday evening: driiiiiiive home, arrive after midnight
Monday morning: 70-minute run
My knees are aching. I haven't run in four days, and I spent the weekend standing still and sitting for long periods in a car. Time to limber up the joints again.
