Nice! For this body, anyhow. And the heavens didn't open up until near the end of the last mile. I got home cold and soaked, but I didn't have to run that way. Sweet.
I'm not sure all my run times will be this good. I think I was having a particularly good day. I also think I could push myself a little more that time because I knew I could drop back if needed.
