I ran
before
surgery. :-) (I wasn't going to get much sleep anyhow.) 2.1 or 2.2 miles, 24 minutes.
Today (Friday, day after surgery), though, I'm passing on the running. Ran yesterday so that I could use today as the "rest" day!
