For your list--have you ever considered writing a book?

I've considered it, but I'm not sure I'm arrogant enough to think I have something truly new or insightful to contribute. There's only so many ways to package the concept "there is no one true way".

I suppose I could write one and not publish it, to gain skill in the craft, so that when I DO have something good to say I'll be able to say it just a little better.

What subject would you suggest? (I haven't forgotten the project you and I considered long ago.)

German Slang? Fun. I recall from my German classes in HS:
dumkopf (sp?)=dumb head, literally, dumb ass, slang.
