PAAAAAAAIN.
This time it woke me up from a sound sleep, around five in the morning. I did breathing exercises until I could walk (about 6:15) and downed three Aleve (my 24hour maximum - ha). Got back to sleep somewhere around eight. Naturally Rob woke me up coming out of the shower.
I still feel it, of course. More Aleve coming right up.
