The Universe throws clutter at me

"My job is to throw it back," says the quote. I'm trying this one on for size: "My job is to block that process."

Step one: junk mail. I don't have to recycle great big bags of it if it never gets sent.

Flared up? TAPE!

By yesterday evening I hadn't recovered from the camping weekend, despite walking very little very carefully, so this morning I finally buckled down and vigorously taped both feet. Now my left is definitely improved -- close to recovered from the flare-up, I'd say -- and the right is sorta kinda on its way.

Must remember this. After overdoing it, if flared up badly, USE TAPE.
