Despite the grim outcome of the Flintstones Vitamin Oracle this morning, I had a pretty productive day.
1) chocolate chip coooooookies!
2) sanded down furniture for third coat of finish
3) lunch with friends (mmmmm, Indian!)
3) much discussment of house improving thingies; some decisions made
4) five C4 sequences for March
5) two books (read, not written)
6) two glasses of Two Buck Chuck
Can't wait to have those bookshelves all the way finished so I can put stuff on them. That room looks awful, festooned with the detritus of a rather large bookcase that is no longer allowed in there.
I like the finish I'm using. It's called "Wipe On Poly" [polyurethane], for "hand rubbed beauty". How could I resist?
