I'm signed up for Japanese 2, eight Thursday evenings starting two weeks from now. I'm nervous about this. I wasn't batting a thousand in Japanese 1, and my brain very efficiently ditched all the Japanese during my two-month hiatus to focus on Arabic. I am also, at the start of this class, expected to be able to do everything in hiragana: no roma-ji needed at all. Hiragana was hard enough the first time I tried to learn it. I need to study!

I got my resume out to someone who's been asking for it for ages.
Why was that so HARD?
