Long run yesterday: 27 minutes, if I remember right. Cool. That's well within the range of the little chart I made up.
Short run today: one mile. Give my knees a warmup but not too much strain.
The chart calls for 1.5 miles tomorrow. May exceed that just a bit.
This week is an easy week - each run is a bit smaller than I'd probably normally do. Next week has runs about the size I tend to take, and after that it gets bad. Must push self, though, if I mean to improve. It'll be interesting to see how I do. I have my fingers crossed for my poor little knees. If at any point they start showing pain, I had better back off.
