Aw bummer. The sell-by date is last year sometime. I've had it frozen, but when we lost power, it partially thawed, so I stuck it in the fridge... and now I'm not sure whether I should just chuck it.

Once the tofu package is open, leftover tofu should be rinsed and covered with fresh water for storage. Change the water daily to keep it fresh, and use the tofu within a week.
