I guess a late reply is better than none.
As far as body building--right now I'm doing a very simple routine--one major "lift" per major body area. I belong to a gym and use free weights (as opposed to "machines"). I prefer them. Since I'm just starting (back again), it doesn't take much to see results. As I get more buff (Ha!), I'll have to get more specific about the exercises, sets, etc. Is this something you're interested in?
