I was raised with the "3 solid meals, no snacks" mentality.

I was raised with 2 solid meals and snacks. :-) (We really weren't much of a breakfast family.)

And, yes, you probably are losing weight. Kooky, huh?

No kidding! Wonder if I can keep it off. I guess meals number one, three, and five will never be large -- restaurants aren't open then. So if I can resist stuffing myself during two and four then I may indeed keep some of the weight off! What a concept.

What are you doing for body building? Weight training sorts of things?
