Question for physicians

I need a reference for drug dosages, adverse effects, contraindications, interactions with other compounds... for humans! In veterinary medicine, we use Plumb's. Super reference. Bioavailabiity, metabolism, clearance... What is the equivalent for people? The PDR? Anything better out there?
