Day 8: Hair

I have short hair now. (Yes, everybody who keeps telling me what I should do, I did donate to Locks of Love.)

Need new user icons.

Also, a New England reminder: I forgot the noises a whole lakeful of ice can make. I'd never have thought to describe it when I lived here, but now that I've been away I recognize it as something I don't hear in California.

I can totally relate to the conflicted part--- and even though I am a big time admirer of long hair, the short style looks sooooooo great! Even as a long hair fan I think short looks better (at least on you, in this particular style. Doubtful it would look anything like this on me.....) I'm also quite admiring your courage to go to something so DRASTICALLY short. That is really really brave.....

Thanks very muchly! In my case it's the "bravery" of needing to swim. I was soooo not going to deal with that with a waist-length mane. I'm glad the stylist was willing to do the drastic change, instead of having me do it in steps, 'cause this made a better donation for Locks of Love. :-)
