Metatarsal pads

The metatarsal pads I ordered almost two weeks ago arrived yesterday.

They're AWFUL. The dome part is way, way too big and tall. They hurt. They barely leave room for my foot inside my shoe. It takes six or seven tries to get the pad and the foot in there, with roughly the right placement. Once I do, no part of my plantar arch touches the shoe, the dome is that tall - in fact it's taking a lot of the weight off my heel, too. (No wonder it hurts.)

Plus I'm not supposed to use them if I'm diabetic.

Back to the drawing board...

Will they take them back and give you a refund?

I think so. They have a 120-day You Must Be Satisfied guarantee, and unless there's a problem with the fact I tried the things in my shoes, I think I'll qualify.
