One thing I've learned from the pornography biz is that the video cover is more important than the contents. You sound like you have the makings of a great cover blurb, with fun story elements. I know NaNoWriMo is supposed to primarily be about quantity rather than quality. That's OK, I've read a lot of stuff of varying qualities, yeah, varying qualities. And if the idea is amusing, and it has cats (or catlike beings) in it, that's about all it takes for me to have fun. So you have a very friendly audience here, I'm just sayin'. Besides, it's not fair -- you've made it sound so intriguing!
