The tomato sauce???? Nope, no can do -- not yet. Both of my recipe books miss the mark.

i must agree, and add that playing around with spices was the only way i could get it anywhere near close to "authentic" - for me the key was the vinegar, since i don't do hot sauce. i should really try to make it again.
