I agree. I prefer my fingernails lightly sauteed in butter and garlic with artichoke hearts. It is crucial that the fingernails are not overcooked, just very lightly browned, and then served over couscous with a tiny spoon of hollandaise sauce, accompanied by a rich and woody chardonnay.
