Oh, just seems that female bodies get the short end of way too many sticks: biologically, mechanically, socially. I'd rather be human than female, any day, but that choice isn't given me.
Once I wrote in my LJ, describing myself for some survey, "A human being in a woman's body." Someone thought it was poetic and pretty. It was instead meant to show that I was trapped here, invisible behind the physical surface.
