Oh, it IS hard! I'm trying to do that too (for weight loss and body building reasons). It is hard to change old, old habits. I was raised with the "3 solid meals, no snacks" mentality. Ack. Like CrazyLady says...it can be done, just takes time. And, yes, you probably are losing weight. Kooky, huh?
