Too much to do

Note to self: don't forget to do any of this.

Note to future self reading this journal: I hope you've organized your life a little better so that you don't get things piling up quite so badly any more.

Personal:
Finish shopping for xmas number three
Go through mail/bills from last three weeks
Return Frank's LightsOut game
Exercise: aerobic endurance thingy
Exercise: mini weight routine (at home)
Tomorrow, get clarification on whether those two REALLY fall on the same day
Find and purchase 55cm exercise ball (probably online)
Get another sports bra, pref. one that WORKS
Set up aerobatics lesson to use shiny new gift certificate
Fly the Warrior before it rots in place
Find good home for lots of Rick's old flying books/paraphernalia
Find good home for Rick's dexterity toys (eg yo-yos)
Find good home for large selection of Rick's technical books
Send graduate-level wing theory books to David
Give reloading equipment to Garry
Continue going through Rick's stuff to see what else needs a home
Clean out moth-infested kitchen cabinets
Reorganize remaining stuff in kitchen
Attack garage like a hurricane
Help Chris move
Remember to eat

Work:
Figure out why last bug fix isn't working
Build a new OS for Pat
Update test machines with new tools build
Go to Sunnyvale facility to pick up misrouted package
Check up on intermittent bug 12109 to see if it's happened lately
Move one configuration variable for upcoming release
Find new architecture documents
Read new architecture documents
Write some low-layer code based on new architecture documents

I'm sure I've forgotten some stuff. I'll edit this entry later. If the servers let me, that is!

Speaking of flying

Got a gift certificate for an hour in the Pitts. This from Rob's mom! She's a worrier. I bet she tries not to think too much about what I'm doing up there in the sky. Of course, having this gift certificate is a real push to get back into the acro. I've been staying away for reasons that mainly have to do with time and money, but the time and money are also good excuses not to examine my fear of failure...

Went to fly the Warrior on Sunday. Battery's good, tire's pumped up, but now the starter's dead. sigh. I thought we already asked them to fix that, but apparently not.

Also flying related... there's this suicide in Florida. General aviation's gonna get it in the nuts again. I'm on my last nerve with hypernervous security-mongers, I tell ya, my LAST nerve, and if this kid were alive today I'd smack him too for good measure. (I know I "should" be sympathetic but some days I'm just ticked.)

And speaking of underwear

Now that I've got your attention :-)

Why the @#$! can't anyone make a decent sports bra for someone who has more chest than Julia Roberts? HELLO. Us larger types need MORE support up top, not less. No, mashing everything together so that ALL the skin on the torso jiggles wildly up and down does not make the grade. Anything requiring dislocation of the shoulder joint in order to put it on does not count either. And if ya have to ask, I must admit that it would be ideal if it wasn't painful to wear.

When I hit the lotto jackpot I'm gonna buy one of everything Title 9 has. Maybe they have something good, but fitting a bra by mail-order is a recipe for disaster.
