Just made an Amazon order. The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook: Your Self-Treatment Guide for Pain Relief (second edition) and Acupressure's Potent Points: A Guide to Self-Care for Common Ailments. I'll let you know how I like 'em.
I adore their free (slow) shipping for orders over $25. After all, I wouldn't use Amazon if I weren't willing to wait for a thing in order to get it a bit more cheaply! I have items "saved for later" in my cart, and if I've got an order that's a bit low I'll often add one of the things I've been putting off getting.
